30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Must be in original condition with all tags and packaging attached

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Final Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
This includes items that are marked down on the website.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at dresscodeaus@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
